The shipping company has not come all day - what now?

Due to a bad traffic situation, for example, it can happen in rare cases that the shipping company cannot keep your appointment. In this case, the shipping company will schedule another delivery on the next working day.

If the shipping company does not contact you the next day, you can contact our customer service directly. We will then contact the shipping company on your behalf to clarify your case. Please have your order number and shipment number ready when contacting us.
