If you have paid in advance, you will receive a payment confirmation shortly after receipt of payment.
Please also check your spam folder in your email inbox.
Possible reasons for a missing payment confirmation:
- There is a typo in your email address during your order and so it was sent to the wrong email address.
- If payment has been made by bank transfer, it may take up to 3 working days for a receipt of payment to be noted. The confirmation will be sent automatically by e-mail.
- Incorrect/missing purpose: Please send us proof of payment showing the date, recipient and purpose of the transfer. We can use your proof of payment to track down the payment.
