Connection with Apple Health and Apple Watch

Connecting to Apple Health and Apple Watch

You can now connect your Apple Watch and Apple Health to the Sportstech Live App and sync your workouts.

Apple Health:

1. Open your profile in the Sportstech Live App.
2. Under Services, select "Apple Health" and click "Continue" to sync your workouts with the Health app.

Apple Watch:

1. Install the Sportstech Live App on your Apple Watch:
2. Open the App Store on your Apple Watch.
3. Search for the Sportstech Live App and install it.
4. Open the Sportstech Live App on your Apple Watch and follow the setup instructions.
5. Open your profile in the Sportstech Live App.
6. Click "Wearables" and select Apple Watch to pair your watch with the Sportstech Live App.
