FAQ
What is the maximum user weight for the AH100?
The AH100 is a dumbbell set, not a weight-bearing exercise machine. Therefore, there is no maximum user weight as there is with fitness equipment (e.g. treadmills or weight benches). The weight limit depends on the weight of the dumbbells and whether they are used correctly.
What are the dimensions of the dumbbells when assembled?
The AH100 is available in different weight options:
• AH100 2 × 1.5 kg
• AH100 2 × 2.5 kg
Both versions have a compact design and are ideal for a variety of strength exercises at home.
What are the dimensions of the equipment when folded?
The AH100 is not a foldable fitness machine. Thanks to their compact design, the dumbbells can be stored away without taking up much space.
Can it connect to the Sportstech Live App?
No, the AH100 dumbbells are not compatible with the Sportstech Live App.
What advantages does the AH100 offer over other models?
Compact design for training at home or on the go
• Anti-roll shape prevents the dumbbells from rolling away
• Non-slip surface for a secure grip
• Integrated loops/rubber straps for extra grip
• Versatile use for strength and endurance training
• Suitable for different fitness levels
Which training programs are available?
A variety of workouts and training plans are available through the SportstechLive App. The AH100 is also suitable for free-weight exercises such as:
• Bicep curls
• Shoulder presses
• Rows
• Weighted lunges
• Functional full-body exercises
What maintenance intervals are recommended?

• regularly checking for damage
• checking the loops and surface before training
• cleaning as needed

Troubleshooting & Quick Fixes
Maintenance & Cleaning
Maintenance:
The AH100 should be checked regularly to ensure it is safe and in good working order. Before each workout, check that the dumbbells have no damage, cracks or signs of wear. Pay particular attention to the handles and holding loops to ensure safe use.
Cleaning:
Clean the AH100 regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Remove sweat and dirt, especially from the grip areas and the surface of the dumbbells. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or solvents, as these may damage the materials.
Lubrication / Care:
Regular lubrication is not required for the AH100. Make sure to store the dumbbells in a dry, clean place. Keep the surface and holding loops free of dust and dirt to maintain a secure grip and ensure a long service life.
