Is this stepper, the STX300, also suitable for beginners?
Thanks to its individually adjustable resistance level, the STX300 is suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
What is the maximum user weight for the STX300 stepper?
The maximum user weight for the STX300 is 120kg.
Which metrics are shown on the display?
The display shows the number of steps, training time, and calories burned.
Which muscles does the machine target?
The stepper version works the legs, glutes, and hips. With the expander option, the focus is on the arms, shoulders, biceps, and neck!
Why does my stepper with hydraulic/pressure dampers get warm?
It is completely normal for the dampers on steppers with hydraulic or pressure dampers to heat up during use. The heat is caused by friction inside the dampers, which creates the training resistance. The more intense and longer the workout, the higher the temperature may rise. This is a normal physical effect and does not indicate a defect.
Are the power ropes included?
Yes, the STX300 comes with 2 power ropes.
Does the machine need to be assembled first?
Your STX300 is ready to use right away and does not require assembly.
How do you adjust the resistance?
Use the adjustment screw on the underside of the machine to set the training resistance and step amplitude.

Insert or replace the battery
- Lift the computer up and out of the frame, then turn it over. Be careful of the cable on the underside.
- Insert or replace the battery (type: LR44). Be sure to observe the correct polarity!
- Carefully place the computer back into the frame.
