Sportstech Live App – Instructions

Steps to connect:
1. Choose a workout.
2. Click “Connect headphones”.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
4. Select one of the available devices.

Our support is limited to the Sportstech Live application, and we have no control over third-party apps.
We cannot guarantee the connection or setup of third-party apps. If you have any questions or encounter issues while using them, please contact the relevant companies directly.

Steps to connect:
1. Choose a workout.
2. Select “Manage devices”.
3. Make sure the sPulse band is blue and pulsing/flashing.
4. Click “Connect sPulse”.
5. Make sure the status is displayed as “connected”.
If the connection error persists, contact us at app-service@sportstech.de.

Steps to delete your account:
1. Open the Sportstech Live App.
2. Click “Profile” in the bottom menu.
3. Click “Delete account”.
4. Click “Delete” to remove the user account.

To create an additional profile, you need a Sportstech Live+ membership. As a member, you can create up to 4 additional profiles. The subscription is shared across all profiles.

Follow these steps to create an additional profile:
1. Sign in to the Sportstech Live App.
2. Go to your profile and click “Switch account” in the top right.
3. Click “Add profile”.
4. Enter the name and username.
5. Fill in all the required information and click “Next”.
6. Tell us more about your fitness goals, then click “Next”.
7. Your new profile has now been created successfully.

Follow these steps to switch between profiles:
1. Sign in to the main account.
2. Go to your profile and click “Switch account” in the top right.
3. Select the desired profile, click “Next” and confirm.

The sBike is a standalone application with built-in Wi-Fi and data transfer capabilities. No additional connection is required if you are signed in to both applications with the same login details – your data will be transferred automatically.

1. Open your profile in the Sportstech Live App.
2. Click the name next to your profile picture.
3. Change your name or profile picture and save the changes.

To change the language in the Sportstech Live App, go to the main menu and open “Settings”. Select “Language” and then choose your preferred language. Confirm your selection by tapping “Save”.

You can connect your Apple Watch and Apple Health to the Sportstech Live App and sync your workouts.

Apple Health:
1. Open your profile in the Sportstech Live App.
2. Under Services, select “Apple Health” and click “Next” to sync your workouts with the Health app.

Apple Watch:
1. Open the App Store on your Apple Watch.
2. Search for the Sportstech Live App and install it.
3. Open the Sportstech Live App on your Apple Watch and follow the setup instructions.
4. Open your profile in the Sportstech Live App.
5. Click “Wearables” and select Apple Watch to pair your watch with the Sportstech Live App.

1. Sign in to the Sportstech Live App.
2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. On the profile page, click Memberships.
4. On the Membership details page, tap Start free trial.
5. On the Subscription plans page, you’ll find the “Use voucher code” option below the plans.
6. Tap “Use voucher code” – a pop-up will appear where you can enter your voucher code.
7. Enter the voucher code in the designated field.
Note: Voucher codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided.
8. Tap Confirm.
9. You will then be redirected to the subscription confirmation page within the app.
10. Finally, tap “Let’s go” to activate your subscription.
