Sportstech Live App – Quick Fixes

FAQ

Which devices are compatible with the Sportstech Live App?

All compatible devices are marked with a Bluetooth icon in the app and listed under “Bluetooth Devices".

You can find a complete overview of all compatible devices here.

What is Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and why is it important?

The Sportstech Live App communicates with your device via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Only devices that support BLE and have already been implemented in Sportstech Live can be connected.

We are continually working to expand the number of supported devices.

Can I have the resistance adjusted automatically via the app?

This feature is not yet available. Our developers are working hard to implement it as soon as possible.

  2. Tap “Sign in with email".
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Select your device and connect it.
