Can I try the app for free?

Yes, as a new customer, you can look forward to a free trial of the Sportstech Live app and experience our wide range of offerings firsthand. There are no upfront costs during the trial period. We only ask you to add a payment method so you can continue seamlessly after the trial period if you wish. You can cancel at any time during the trial period. After the trial period, you will be charged the membership fee – automatically and hassle-free.

Why is an app membership worth it for me?

An app membership offers you many additional features that will take your home workout to the next level. Easily connect your device via Bluetooth and keep track of all your fitness metrics. Take advantage of our wide range of workouts and find the right workout or landscape video for your device. Add more variety to your training routine with our bodyweight workouts. Whether you prefer bodyweight exercises, yoga, or dumbbell training, there's something for everyone. Reach your training goal with our tailored training plans and delicious fitness recipes. Join our exciting challenges for a chance to win great prizes. Compete with the community and climb the leaderboard – for even more fun and motivation during your workouts!

Can I use the Sportstech Live app without equipment?

Yes, you can use our app without equipment, too. We offer a wide range of bodyweight workouts – from bodyweight exercises and yoga to dumbbell training, there's something for everyone. You can also take part in exciting challenges, follow personalized training plans tailored to your goals, and get inspired by our diverse, healthy recipes.

Can I connect my Apple Watch or Apple Health to the app?

Yes, you can now connect your Apple Watch and Apple Health to the Sportstech Live app and sync your workouts. Get detailed statistics on your heart rate, calories burned & distance covered, and track your fitness goals. Start, pause, and end your workouts with just one tap on your Apple Watch for a seamless training experience.

A paid membership to the Sportstech Live app is required to use Apple Health (not supported in the freemium model).

Can I stream the app videos to my TV?

Absolutely! You can enjoy the app videos not only on your smartphone and tablet, but also conveniently stream them to your TV. Simply use Chromecast or AirPlay to bring your workouts to the big screen.

How often are new videos uploaded?

Together with our Sportstech Live trainers and video team, we develop and produce challenging workouts for you every week. These are then uploaded directly to the Sportstech Live app. You can take your fitness to the next level with new videos every week.

Where can I find my workout statistics?

Your latest workout statistics are displayed directly on your dashboard. There you will find details about the distance you covered, calories burned, and your heart rate. The “Workout History” button takes you directly to an overview of all your workouts. Alternatively, you can also find an overview of all your completed workouts, including statistics, in your profile under “View all activities.”
