The CX2 elliptical trainer was designed with a sturdy construction to support you safely and effectively at a weight of up to 120 kg. This makes it an excellent choice for many users.
What ceiling height is required to use the CX2 elliptical trainer safely and comfortably?
For optimal use of the Sportstech CX2 elliptical trainer, we recommend a minimum ceiling height equal to your height plus an additional clearance of 60 cm. This recommendation takes the pedal clearance into account and ensures there is enough space above your head during your workout.
Is the CX2 suitable for a wide range of heights?
Yes, the CX2 elliptical trainer is suitable for you if you are up to approximately 185 cm tall.

Troubleshooting & Quick Fixes
The device simply switches off during a workout
Either the battery or the magnetic flywheel could be causing the problem. Replace the battery (spare part: SP_CX2_88). This is straightforward and does not affect your warranty. The battery is located in a separate compartment on the underside of the device.
