Instead of producing new packaging for every spare part, we reuse existing boxes that were originally intended for shipping products such as fans, bathroom scales, hoverboards or dumbbells.
This measure allows us to significantly reduce the amount of packaging materials we use and supports our efforts to minimise the environmental impact of our business. This means that the spare part you ordered may arrive in a box that was not originally intended for that product.
