Most repairs can easily be carried out at home, and under each FAQ article about our products, you’ll find a self-help guide with quick fixes and repair instructions.
Once you have found the relevant self-help guide, you can easily order the required spare parts here.

Replacing wear parts on high-performance equipment is a normal process and an integral part of regular maintenance. Please rest assured that replacing these parts will not affect your warranty claims.

We currently do not offer an on-site repair service. If you cannot or do not wish to fix the issue yourself, you can request a collection in exceptional cases via the contact form, so that we can carry out the repair at our premises under your warranty.
