What is the sVibe and how can I train with it?
Experience an effective full-body workout that specifically activates all muscle groups, including deep muscles. The sVibe offers 3 + 1 pre-installed programs, two ultra-quiet motors (<55 dB) and innovative 3D oscillation technology. This combines lateral oscillation with additional vibration to provide even more intense muscle stimulation and a greater variety of workouts. The LED color display changes from blue to magenta depending on the intensity level, providing visual feedback and extra motivation. Thanks to its transport wheels, the platform is easy to store—ideal for fitness, relaxation and comprehensive muscle activation at home!
What do the LED colors mean during a workout?
The LED colors on the sVibe reflect the workout intensity, which is based on the speed levels. The colors change from blue to magenta:

15-28 Aqua
29-42 Green
43-56 Yellow
57-70 Orange
71-84 Red
85-99 Magenta

How many calories do I burn on a vibration plate?
Just 10 minutes of training on the vibration plate at medium intensity with exercises such as squats can burn 150 to 200 calories.
Is the sVibe compatible with the Sportstech Live app?
Yes, the sVibe is compatible with the Sportstech Live app. For example, you can select a suitable workout in the app, which will then automatically adjust the workout intensity. This means you no longer have to hurriedly adjust the intensity on the remote control in the middle of your workout. The platform does this completely automatically.
Is the sVibe vibration plate suitable for medical or therapeutic use?
No. The sVibe is approved for sports use only and should therefore not be used for medical purposes.
Why is it recommended to keep a distance of 2 meters from walls and objects?
For safety reasons. As with any physical activity, there is a risk of tripping or losing your balance. Keeping a safe distance reduces the risk of injury in the event of a fall.
What accessories are included with the sVibe?
Vibration plate, power cable, elastic bands, remote control, Power Ropes, Allen key, Allen screws, exercise poster, user manual.
What battery is required for the sVibe remote control?
One CR2032 3V coin cell battery
What is the maximum user weight?

What other accessories are suitable for training on the sVibe?
A wide range of accessories is already included in the package. We also recommend the following for your sVibe workout:
AH100 dumbbell set: Small weights to support muscle building. Compact, practical and easy to store.
Floor protection mat: Protects your floor from scratches and dampens the vibrations of the platform.
WBT 100 water bottle: Provides maximum support for your workout with an integrated water intake indicator and an infuser container for flavored water.
How do display models differ from new products?
Display models may show minor signs of use and are therefore offered at a reduced sale price. Otherwise, the same conditions apply to both options.
What does “display model” mean?
Display models are a cost-effective option for high-quality products, offered at a reduced price. These used products have either been tested by prospective customers or displayed in stores. Display models have minor signs of use but have been carefully checked both technically and visually.
