Is the VP400 vibration plate suitable for medical or therapeutic use?
No. The VP400 is approved for sports use only and should therefore not be used for medical purposes.
What frequency and amplitude do the VP400 motors operate at?
The VP400 is equipped with two motors: The first motor produces oscillation (vibrating movements). It operates at a frequency range of 5-15 Hz vertically and 3-10 Hz horizontally. The amplitude, i.e. the range of movement, is 0-10 mm in the vertical direction and 0-15 mm in the horizontal direction. The second motor produces vibration and operates at a frequency of 1-40 Hz.
How accurate is the displayed calorie consumption?
The displayed calorie consumption is an estimate based on general workout data.
Where can I find more workout videos?
The VP400 cannot be controlled via or connected to the app, but workout videos are available on YouTube and in the STL app. YouTube.
