FAQ
What is 4D technology and what type of oscillation does the VP500 support?
The VP500 features 4D technology. This means it combines vertical, lateral and forward-backward movements with an oscillating (rocking or swinging) movement. This type of oscillation enables a more comprehensive and effective workout compared to conventional vibration plates.
What frequency and amplitude do the VP500 motors operate at?
The VP500's oscillation is powered by two motors: one is responsible for vertical oscillation, with a frequency of 7 to 12 Hz and an amplitude of 8,8 mm, while the other is responsible for horizontal oscillation, with a frequency of 7 to 11,2 Hz and an amplitude of 5,4 mm. A third motor drives the vibration, with a frequency of 25 to 40 Hz and an amplitude of 1,0 mm.
Can the frequencies on the VP500 be adjusted individually?
Yes. In manual training mode, you can select the frequencies of the active motors using the levels.
Is the VP500 vibration plate suitable for medical or therapeutic use?
No. The VP500 is approved for sports use only and should therefore not be used for medical purposes.
Why is it recommended to keep a distance of 2 meters from walls and objects?
For safety reasons. As with any sporting activity, there is a risk of tripping or losing your balance. Keeping a safe distance reduces the risk of injury in the event of a fall.
What accessories are included with the VP500 vibration plate?
Vibration plate, remote control, floor protection mat, power cable, elastic bands, static bands, full-body band, Allen key, Allen screws, exercise poster, user manual.
What type of battery is required for the VP500 remote control?
One CR2032 3V button cell
What is the maximum user weight?
120kg
How do display models differ from new products?
Display models offer an affordable way to purchase high-quality products at a reduced price. These products have either been tested by prospective buyers or used as display items in stores. Display models may show minor signs of use, but have been thoroughly inspected for their technical and visual quality.

How can I adjust the VP500 settings to suit my workout?
To make your workout experience as effective as possible and tailor it to your personal goals and fitness level, you can adjust both the intensity and duration of the vibrations to suit your needs. If you're a beginner, we recommend starting with lower intensity levels and limiting use to a maximum of 15 minutes per session.
Easy beginner exercises:
- Standing: Stand on the vibration plate with your knees slightly bent and let the gentle vibrations move through your body to activate different muscle groups.
- Squats: Do squats while standing on the vibration plate to increase the intensity of your workout.
- Push-ups: Place your hands on the plate and use the vibrations to add an extra challenge to your push-ups.
- Planks: Strengthen your core by holding the forearm plank position on the vibration plate.
Stretching:
The vibration plate is ideal for stretching after your workout. For example, try sitting on it and extending your legs to stretch your hamstrings.
Breathing technique:
Breathing evenly and in a controlled manner during your exercises can not only make your workout more effective, but also promote your well-being.
Consistency:
For the best results, we recommend regularly incorporating the vibration plate into your training program. Combining varied workouts with a balanced diet and other physical activities is key to a healthy lifestyle.
With these tips, you can make your workouts on the vibration plate more effective and enjoy exercising even more.
