No, the VP250 is designed exclusively for sports activities and should not be used for medical purposes.

Direct frequency selection is not possible. Instead, the manual on page 11 (section 5.7) contains a chart showing the corresponding frequency for each level. Please note that the VP250 has an oscillation function only and does not offer a vibration function.

No, the VP250 is not compatible with the Sportstech Live app.

The VP250 has a motor that generates oscillations (vibratory movements) and operates within a frequency range of 5-15 Hz. The amplitude, meaning the maximum range of movement, is 0-10 mm.

Training is activated using the Play button. Please note that the frequency level can only be adjusted after training has started.
