The sRow Lite is an innovative rowing machine for a powerful workout at home. With its smart LED knob display, quiet 24-level magnetic resistance system, and integrated LED lighting, it offers a motivating and effective full-body workout—in the comfort of your own home.

The workout engages almost all major muscle groups at the same time: your legs as you push off, your back and shoulders as you lean back, your arms as you pull the handle toward you, and your abdominal and core muscles to stabilize your body. The smooth movement makes the workout easy on your joints and suitable for all fitness levels.

When folded, the sRow Lite requires a floor space of approx. 95 x 50 cm—similar to a coffee table. For comfortable use, we recommend at least 60 cm of clearance on all sides and a ceiling height of at least 2,00 m.

Yes, the tablet holder swivels 360°.

The sRow Lite is suitable for people between 1,65 m and 1,90 m tall.

As standard, delivery is made to the curbside. A premium service with delivery to the installation location and assembly is available as an option, depending on your place of residence. Assembly is easy, and the manual and video instructions explain each step.

The Sportstech Live app gives you access to hundreds of interactive classes, motivating landscape videos, personalized training plans, and live workouts. Combined with the LED feedback system (based on resistance or heart rate), you can enjoy a studio-quality workout at home.

No, a Premium membership is not included in the purchase price. A separate paid membership is required. However, your purchase includes a 30-day trial. Once your device is ready to use, you will get access to the Sportstech Live membership.

Yes. We recommend the sPulse armband, which was developed specifically for the sRow models. It transmits your heart rate in real time and integrates with the LED system, which changes color depending on your training intensity.

Demonstration units are like-new products that have been used at trade fairs, for demonstrations, or as test devices. They may show minimal signs of use, but have been technically inspected and are fully functional.

First check that the device is receiving power correctly. Then check the settings in the menu. If a heart rate monitor is connected, check the connection and the battery level of the heart rate sensor.

Make sure the power adapter is connected correctly and the outlet is working. Also check whether the main switch, if present, is turned on.
