ERR4: The motor cannot detect voltage

Solution: Check the power supply voltage. If it is correct, the motor needs to be replaced. You can order a crank puller and a replacement motor. The ESX500 switches off after a few seconds / the display beeps

No, the warning beeps cannot be turned off for safety reasons.

Perform a reset:

  1. Disconnect the machine from the power supply.
  2. Wait 5 minutes.
  3. Reconnect the power adapter and try to start your ergometer.
