Troubleshooting & quick fixes
Loud, annoying noises coming from the bottom bracket, flywheel, or wheel fairing/cover
The SX600 bike should be inspected by a technician. Please fill out the contact form at the end of the FAQ page.
The handlebar unit cannot be secured/is wobbly
There is a screw in the handlebar quick release (under the cap) that needs to be tightened. This will give the quick release the correct tension and should prevent it from slipping.
The SX600 makes a clicking noise when adjusting the resistance
The motor is probably defective; you can replace it yourself. During the warranty period, we recommend sending the device in for inspection. Please fill out the contact form at the end of the FAQ page.
What is the password for the factory settings?
We cannot provide you with this password. Entering it resets (deletes) the entire operating system of your fitness equipment, after which a new operating system must be installed. The password is intended exclusively for factory settings and can only be accessed by the manufacturer. Thank you for your understanding.
The quick release is not working
There is a screw in the quick release (covered by a black cap from above). This screw needs to be tightened.
What data can I transfer to the SX600 console using a USB stick?
The console can only process MP3 and MP4 files. The capacity of the USB stick does not matter.
The seat post is too short
We have a version that is 59 cm long, 5 cm longer than the short version. If yours is not the same length, you can order the spare part with number "SP_SX600_10L". You can find detailed instructions on how to order the required spare parts in this article: How can I get the spare parts I need?.
