FAQ

Can the weight stack on the HGX100/200/ be extended?

No, unfortunately this is currently not possible for safety reasons.

What height are the HGX100/200/300 designed for?

For people between 155 and 190 cm tall.

How much clearance do I need between these machines and the ceiling?

No minimum ceiling clearance is required for either the HGX100 or the HGX300. The HGX200 is different: in general, you should allow at least 30 to 60 centimetres of clearance from the ceiling. This space is necessary to ensure you have enough room to move during exercise.

What is the difference between the multi-gyms: HGX200 and HGX100?

The HGX200 is essentially an HGX100 with even more training options. It features an additional arm with a pull-up bar, a dip station and a stepper.

Can the resistance of the HGX200 stepper be adjusted?

No, unfortunately this is not possible.

Can the arm with the stepper, dip station and pull-up bar on the HGX200 also be mounted on the other side?

Yes, this is possible.

Is there a service that can help me with assembly?

No, we currently no longer offer this service.

HGX200 stepper has too much resistance - not a defect

The stepper integrated into your multi-gym is not a conventional cardio machine, but a training module designed to build muscle – as is customary in bodybuilding.
The resistance is deliberately set high so that you can perform only a few, but effective, repetitions.
