Can the weight stack on the HGX100/200 be expanded?

No, unfortunately this is currently not possible for safety reasons.

What height is the HGX100/200/300 designed for?

For people between 155 and 190 cm tall.

How much clearance do I need between these machines and the ceiling?

No minimum ceiling clearance is required for either the HGX100 or the HGX200. The HGX300 is different: in general, you should allow at least 30 to 60 centimeters of clearance from the ceiling. This space is necessary to ensure that you have enough room to move while exercising.

Maintenance instructions

• The equipment can only be kept safe by checking it regularly for wear and/or damage, for example at the connection points.
• Lubricate moving parts regularly with light oil to prevent premature wear.
• Check all parts before using the equipment and tighten them if necessary. Replace defective parts immediately and do not use the equipment until it is in perfect condition again.
• The equipment is best cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent. Do not use solvents.

Safety instructions

• Keep children who are not being supervised away from the equipment.
• Improper or excessive training can cause health problems.
• If adjustment devices protrude or stick out, they may interfere with the user’s movements.
• It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that all users of this product are adequately informed about how to use it safely.
• This product is intended for home use only.
• The equipment must not be used for commercial purposes, rental, or institutional use.
• Before using the equipment, you should first do stretching exercises and warm up sufficiently.
• If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or other abnormal symptoms, stop exercising and consult a doctor immediately.
• Only one person may use the equipment at a time.
• Keep your hands away from all moving parts.
• Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. Do not wear loose-fitting or baggy clothing, as it may get caught in the equipment. Wear workout shoes to protect your feet during exercise.
• Please DO NOT place any sharp-edged objects near the equipment.
• People with physical limitations should only use the equipment under the supervision of a qualified person or doctor.
• Always store the equipment indoors, protected from moisture and dust. Do not store it in a garage, outbuilding, covered patio, or near water.
• If children are allowed to use the equipment under supervision, their level of mental and physical development should be taken into account. They should be monitored and instructed in the proper use of the equipment. Under no circumstances is the equipment suitable as a toy.
• This product is designed for a maximum user weight of 150 kg.
• This equipment is not suitable for therapeutic purposes.
• The free space around the training area, in the directions from which the equipment can be accessed, must be at least 0.6 m. The free space must also include the area needed to dismount from the equipment in an emergency. If equipment is placed next to each other, the free space can be shared. Children who are not being supervised must be kept away from the equipment.
