Can the weight stack of the HGX250 be expanded?

For safety reasons, it is currently not possible to expand the weight stack of the HGX250. Your safety and the safety of our equipment are very important to us.

What height is the HGX250 designed for?

The HGX250 is designed to be ideal for people between 155 and 190 cm tall. We want everyone to have the opportunity to train effectively.

What is the minimum distance required between this equipment and the ceiling?

To ensure optimal use of the HGX250, we recommend a minimum distance of 30 to 60 cm from the ceiling. This ensures that you have enough space to move freely and safely during your exercises.

Is the punching bag included?

The punching bag is not included with the HGX250. Our focus is on providing you with high-quality training equipment, while offering accessories separately so you can customise your training area as you wish.

Is there a service that can help with assembly?

We currently do not offer an assembly service. We understand that assembly can be challenging, so we recommend following the detailed instructions we provide to make the process as simple and easy to understand as possible.

The angle of the support arms is uneven. The equipment is on a level surface.

Maintenance instructions

• To ensure your equipment is safe to use, you should regularly check it for wear and tear, especially at the connection points.
• Lubricate moving parts regularly with light oil to prevent premature wear.
• Check all parts before use and tighten them if necessary. Replace defective parts immediately and do not use the equipment until it is fully functional again.
• It is best to clean the equipment with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent. Avoid using solvents.

Safety instructions

• Do not allow children to be near the equipment unsupervised.
• Be aware that improper or excessive training can cause harm to your health.
• Make sure no adjustment devices are protruding or interfering with your movements.
• As the owner, it is your responsibility to ensure that all users know how to use the product safely.
• This product is intended for home use only.
• Do not use it in commercial, rental or institutional settings.
• Do stretching exercises as part of your warm-up before use.
• If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain or other unusual symptoms during training, stop immediately and consult a doctor.
• Always use the equipment alone.
• Keep your hands away from all moving parts.
• Always wear appropriate workout clothing and avoid loose or baggy clothing that could get caught. Protect your feet with training shoes.
• Do not place any sharp-edged objects near the equipment.
• People with physical limitations should only use the equipment under supervision.
• Store the equipment indoors, protected from moisture and dust, and not in garages, outbuildings, covered patios or near water.
• If children use the equipment under supervision, take their mental and physical development into account and instruct them accordingly. The equipment is not a toy.
• This product is designed for a maximum user weight of 120 kg.
• The equipment is not intended for therapeutic purposes.
• Keep at least 0.6 m of clear space around the training area, including an emergency exit area. If equipment is placed side by side, the clear space can be shared.
