How do you use the leg press correctly?
Follow these steps to use the leg press correctly:
Assembly: The leg press is attached to the guided barbell on the Smith Machine SXM200.
Bench positioning: A BRT700 weight bench is required to provide the correct seated or lying position.
Loading: Sportstech WP100 weight plates are loaded onto the barbell to set the desired resistance.
Execution: Place your feet on the non-slip surface of the leg press and push the weight upwards in a controlled movement.
Which equipment is the leg press compatible with?
The leg press is compatible exclusively with the Sportstech Smith Machine SXM200. It cannot be used with other strength training stations or free-standing barbell racks.
What additional training equipment is needed for the leg press?
The following additional equipment is required for a complete workout:
BRT700 weight bench as a stable base for the lying position
Sportstech WP100 weight plates (5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg) to provide training resistance
