What is an inversion table?
Inversion tables are often used to stretch and relax the spine, improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and increase flexibility. They are often used by people for general relaxation and stretching. During inversion, the body is positioned upside down so that the feet are above the head.

Maintenance, cleaning, and care
- Make sure you tighten all screws/nuts properly after assembly and before use.
- Clean the equipment regularly with a slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent. Do not use solvents to clean the equipment. Regularly apply a little silicone oil to the weight guide tube.
- This is especially important for the padding and handles, as your body is in constant contact with these parts during your workout. You can cover the padding with a towel during your workout to protect it.
- Before each use, check that all pulleys move freely. Pulleys that are difficult to move can cause excessive wear and/or damage to the cables. If one or more pulleys are stuck, check that they are installed correctly. Never grease the contact surface between the pulley and the cable! If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
- Regularly apply a little silicone oil to the weight guide tube.
- Lubricate all moving part axles once every one to two years. You can use commercially available grease.
