🔧 Read before assembly:
📦 Missing parts? The display rails are hidden in the side panels
The two mounting rails, part number 8, are included in the package, but are stored inside side panels 12 and 13 for transport. This can easily give the impression that the parts are missing.
Important: The rails are inside side panels 12 and 13 during delivery and must be removed before assembly.
🔍 Please check the side panels carefully before assuming any parts are missing or disposing of the packaging material.
Assembly note
This step is not clearly shown in the current assembly video and instructions. We are already working on improving how it is presented so that the hidden assembly parts can be found more quickly.

How far is the running surface from the floor, so I can check whether the ceiling height is sufficient?
The top of the running surface is approx. 24 cm from the floor.
Which apps is the sTread Lite compatible with?
The sTread Lite treadmill is compatible with our Sportstech Live app. On iOS devices, the sTread Lite can also be paired with the Zwift app.
How do I turn the LED/LCD lighting on and off on the sTread Lite and sTread Pro?
Hold your hand over the treadmill's control panel and swipe from right to left directly in front of the panel. This will turn the lighting on or off. You can conveniently control the lighting with this simple, contactless gesture.
How large is the running surface of the sTread Lite treadmill?
The running surface measures 130 x 50 cm.
What type of footwear is suitable for the treadmill?
It is important to note that treadmills are best used with athletic shoes that have smooth, flat soles. Trail shoes or shoes with studs or rough soles can cause excessive wear, which may damage the equipment.
How much electricity does the sTread Lite treadmill use?
Exact power consumption depends on usage, but is typical for a treadmill in this class.
Can the sTread Lite also be used outdoors?
No, the treadmill is intended for indoor use.
How large should a floor protection mat for the sTread Lite treadmill be?
The floor protection mat should measure at least 140 x 90 cm.
What is the maximum user weight for the sTread Lite?
The maximum user weight is 150 kg.
Does the sTread Lite have an incline?
Yes, the sTread Lite treadmill has an automatic incline function with 15 levels.
What does "Refurbished" mean?
Refurbished devices are a cost-effective option for high-quality products, offered at a reduced price. These used products have either been tested by prospective customers or displayed in stores. Refurbished products have minor signs of use, but have been carefully inspected and reconditioned.
Troubleshooting & Quick Fixes
Error SAFE – Safety Key
⚠️ Error SAFE – Safety Key
Description:
The safety key is not in place, or the magnet is too weak. Your treadmill will not start unless the key is positioned correctly.
Solution:
Check that the safety key is correctly inserted in its designated slot.
Check the magnet strength – if the magnet is weak, you can try using another magnet.
If that doesn't help, you will need a replacement safety key.

Description:
The cable connection between the display, console, or PCB in the motor area may be loose, disconnected, or defective.
Solution:
Disconnect the device from the power supply.
Open the motor cover.
Check all plug connections: are they secure, and are any cables broken?
Reassemble the device and test it.
👉 If the problem persists, a replacement circuit board will probably be needed.

Description:
The motor or control board needs to be replaced.
Solution:

Description:
The speed sensor is defective or incorrectly positioned.
Solution:
Check the position of the sensor next to the motor.
If necessary, move the sensor slightly (distance from the magnet).
If this does not work → replace the motor or speed sensor.

Description:
The device is not receiving enough power, or the control board is defective.
Solution:
Disconnect the device from the power supply and wait a few minutes.
Open the motor cover and check the plug connections.
Plug the device directly into a wall outlet (do not use an extension cord).
As a test, switch off other power-hungry devices.
If the problem persists → replace the control board.

Description:
In most cases, the control board needs to be replaced. If that does not help, the motor is defective.

This is often caused by the running belt being tensioned too tightly.
Solution:
Loosen the running belt (as described in the manual).
If necessary, retighten it slightly, but less than before.
If the problem persists → replace the motor.
