Can the treadmill be stored upright?

The sWalk Plus can also be stored upright.

Why isn’t my remote control working?

Exact power consumption depends on how it is used, but is typical for a treadmill in this class.

Can the sWalk Plus also be used outdoors?

Yes, the sWalk Plus has a manual incline function with a 7.5% incline, which can be unfolded underneath the motor.

What does "Refurbished" mean?

Refurbished devices are a cost-effective option for high-quality products, offered at a reduced price. These pre-owned products have either been tested by prospective customers or displayed in stores. Refurbished products may show minor signs of use, but have been carefully inspected and refurbished.
