The sWalk Fold is a unique walking pad. It stands out for its elegant design, functionality and versatility. You can use it in many different ways—whether under your desk while working or in the evening to get a few steps in while watching TV. Thanks to its integrated folding function, it can also be stored away effortlessly and fits into any home.

The walking pad weighs 23.8 kg and can be moved effortlessly thanks to its integrated transport wheels.

The walking pad supports speeds from 1 km/h to 6 km/h and is designed for walking.

The LCD display gives you an overview of all important workout data at all times, including time, speed, distance, heart rate and calories.
Please note: a heart rate monitor is not included.

No, the walking pad does not have an incline function.

There is a side buckle on the foot pad. Carefully release it and unfold the walking pad.

The walking pad is designed for a maximum user weight of 150 kg.

Thanks to its compact dimensions and low height when set up (just 12.5 cm), the walking pad can be slid under a desk.

The walking pad offers 4 preset training programs (P01–P04) with different speed profiles. You can also manually set training goals such as time, distance or calorie burn.

Yes, you can connect the walking pad to the Sportstech Live app via Bluetooth. With the app, you can:
Do personalized workouts with professional trainers
Use landscape and outdoor videos
Track workout data in real time
Cook delicious, protein-rich recipes

Cleaning: Wipe the device with a slightly damp cloth after each use. Avoid using harsh cleaning products.
Maintenance: Lubricate the running belt after the first 25 hours of use and every 50 hours thereafter to extend its service life.

Device does not turn on: Check the power cord and the outlet.
Walking pad slips: Tighten the running belt using the tool provided.
Remote control does not work: Replace the batteries.

⚠️ Error SAFE – Safety Key

Description:
The safety key is not in place or the magnet is too weak. Your treadmill will not start unless the key is correctly in place.

Solution:
Check that the safety key is correctly inserted in its designated slot.
Check the magnet strength—if the magnet is weak, you can try using another magnet.
If this does not help, you will need a replacement safety key.

⚠️ Error 1 – Cable Connection

Description:
The cable connection between the display, console or PCB in the motor area may be loose, disconnected or faulty.

Solution:
Disconnect the device from the power supply.
Open the motor cover.
Check all plug connections: are they secure, and are any cables broken?
Reassemble the device and test it.

⚠️ Error 2 – Motor or Control Board

Description:
The motor or control board needs to be replaced.

Solution:
👉 Order the motor or control board directly through the chatbot.

⚠️ Error 4 – Voltage Problem

Description:
The device is not receiving enough power or the control board is faulty.

Solution:
Disconnect the device from the power supply and wait a few minutes.
Open the motor cover and check the plug connections.
Plug the device directly into a wall outlet (do not use an extension cord).
Try switching off other power-hungry devices.
If there is no improvement → replace the control board.

⚠️ Error 5 – Control Board / Motor

Description:
In most cases, the control board needs to be replaced. If this does not help, the motor is faulty.

Solution:

⚠️ Error 7 – Motor Overvoltage

Description:
This is often caused by the running belt being too tight.

Solution:
Loosen the running belt (as described in the manual).
If necessary, tighten it slightly, but not as much as before.
If the problem persists → replace the motor.
